About this service

Psychological support for young people is specialist help aimed at teenagers experiencing emotional, school, relational or developmental difficulties. We work with young people struggling with anxiety, low mood, peer problems, school pressure, eating disorders or identity crisis. The psychologist adapts working methods to the teenager’s age and needs, creating a safe space for expressing emotions. If needed, we involve parents in the therapeutic process.

Frequently asked questions

From what age do you see teenagers?▼

Support for young people usually covers ages 13 to 18. We refer younger children to a psychological consultation for children, where the working methods are adapted to their age.

Does a parent have to be present at the meeting?▼

The first meeting often takes place with a parent, later ones usually without - a teenager needs their own space. Parents receive feedback to an agreed extent, without the content of the conversations being disclosed.

Is a parent's consent needed for a teenager's visit?▼

Yes. Until the age of 18, the consent of a legal guardian is required, and if only one parent gives consent, we ask that the other parent be informed.

How much does a meeting cost and how long does it last?▼

From 200 PLN for 50 minutes. We also see young people in the evenings, after school - until 22:00 on weekdays.
