Our team is made up of 22 experienced specialists – psychologists, psychotherapists, psychotraumatologists, a sexologist and a clinical dietitian.
We offer a wide range of psychological services: psychological consultations, individual psychotherapy, couples and family therapy, ADHD assessment for adults and children, and psychotraumatology, sexology, psycho-oncology and psychodietetics consultations. We work with adults, adolescents and children.
At Sztuka Harmonii we believe that every person has the inner resources to cope with difficulties. Our job is to help you find and strengthen them. We use proven therapeutic approaches – cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and integrative therapy, schema therapy and ACT – choosing the methods to suit each client's individual needs.
Our psychologists see clients in 7 offices: in the Gdańsk districts of Morena, Wrzeszcz and Ujeścisko (Piekarnicza), in the centre of Gdynia (10 Lutego, Abrahama) and in Orłowo, and in Sopot on Tatrzańska Street. We also offer fully fledged online consultations. We work Monday to Sunday, with flexible appointment times – including evenings and weekends.
