Crisis intervention is a form of immediate psychological help aimed at people experiencing an acute emotional crisis. We help in situations such as: loss of a loved one, experiencing violence, an accident, sudden deterioration of mental health, suicidal thoughts or other traumatic events. The aim of the intervention is emotional stabilisation, restoring a sense of safety and planning further steps of support. We try to see people in crisis as quickly as possible.
