At Sztuka Harmonii we believe that every person has the inner resources to cope with difficulties. Our job is to help you find and strengthen them. We use proven therapeutic approaches – cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, integrative, schema therapy and ACT – matching the methods to each client's individual needs.

Our Gdynia office is in the city centre on 10 Lutego Street, conveniently located for residents of Śródmieście, Redłowo, Orłowo, Witomino, Chylonia and Karwiny, as well as Sopot, Rumia and Reda. Besides Gdynia, we also see patients at three offices in Gdańsk (Morena, Wrzeszcz, Ujeścisko) and online. We work Monday to Sunday, offering flexible appointment times – including evenings and weekends.
