About this service
A free initial visit is a short introductory meeting where you have the opportunity to meet your future therapist or psychologist, talk about your needs and learn what your collaboration might look like. This is a no-obligation meeting – its purpose is to create space for making an informed decision about starting therapy. The visit lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and is completely free of charge.
