An ADHD assessment at Sztuka Harmonii costs from 400 PLN and involves a process of 2-3 sessions (clinical interview, tests, discussion of the results and a written diagnostic report). The exact cost depends on the scope of the assessment (adult/child) – we agree on the details during the first visit. We also offer a free initial visit.

ADHD assessment in adults consists of an in-depth clinical interview (including about childhood), standardised tools (including DIVA 5.0, ASRS and the MOXO attention test) and an analysis of how you function at work and in relationships. The process usually involves 2-3 sessions and ends with a written diagnostic report with recommendations.

Yes. ADHD assessment in children is based on an interview with the parents, questionnaires (including Conners 3), observation and – with consent – information from the school. We complement it with parental consultations and guidance on supporting the child at home and at school.

Depending on age and circumstances, we use, among others, DIVA 5.0 (a structured diagnostic interview for ADHD in adults), the ASRS scale, the MOXO continuous performance test (an objective measure of attention and impulsivity) and Conners 3 when assessing children. The diagnostician decides which tools to use.

The whole diagnostic process usually takes 2-3 sessions of 50-90 minutes each, spread out over time, plus preparation of the written report. We try to have appointments available within a few days – without long waiting lists.

Yes. When the diagnostic process is complete, you receive a written diagnostic report with the results, conclusions and recommendations for further support (psychoeducation, ADHD coaching, therapy and, if needed, a psychiatric consultation).

We carry out assessments at our offices in Gdańsk (Morena, Wrzeszcz, Ujeścisko) and in Gdynia (10 Lutego). Some sessions (e.g. the interview) can take place online; tests that require office conditions are carried out in person.

After the assessment we offer tailored support: psychoeducation, ADHD coaching, psychotherapy and – if pharmacotherapy is indicated – a psychiatric consultation with a doctor we work with. All your care is coordinated by us.

Assessment is an evaluation of whether ADHD is present and a description of how you function – it is carried out by psychologists/diagnosticians. Pharmacological treatment (medication) is the responsibility of a psychiatrist. At Sztuka Harmonii we provide assessment and psychological support, and we make psychiatric treatment possible through our collaboration with a doctor.
