Psychoeducation

Psychological education for people who want to better understand their emotions, behaviours and psychological mechanisms.

About this service

Psychoeducation is a form of support involving the transfer of psychological knowledge that helps better understand yourself, your emotions and behaviours. We conduct psychoeducational sessions on topics such as: coping with stress, recognising and regulating emotions, communication in relationships, understanding ADHD, depression or anxiety. Psychoeducation can be part of therapy or a standalone form of support. It is the first step to change – because awareness gives strength to act.
