Personal growth workshops for women – women’s circle

A space for women only: no roles to play, no judgement, no rivalry. Time to pause, talk honestly and come back to yourself.

Signing up is free and without obligation – we'll get in touch when the group starts to form.

What is a women’s circle for?

Many women are working several full-time jobs at once: professional, domestic, caring, emotional – and somewhere in all of this they lose touch with themselves. A women’s circle is a regular space to pause: time that is yours alone, among women who do not judge, do not compete and do not expect you to play any role.

Our circle combines the format of a community with a psychological workshop. Each meeting has a theme – boundaries and saying “no”; the roles we have taken on (and whether we still want to be in them); women’s anger and what to do with it; the body and self-criticism; relationships with mothers and daughters; rest without guilt – around which the workshop exercises and honest conversation in the circle revolve.

The group is led by a female psychologist. It is a space for personal growth, not therapy – although it can be deeply therapeutic. For many participants the biggest discovery is the very experience of a community of women based on honesty and support rather than comparison.

Who is this group for?

  • women overloaded by their roles – at work, at home, as carers
  • women who have lost touch with themselves and their needs
  • women longing for honest, deep relationships with other women
  • women at a point of transition: a job change, motherhood, a break-up, a new stage of life
  • women who want to work on boundaries and self-criticism

What will you gain?

  • regular time just for yourself – without guilt
  • work on boundaries, roles and your inner critic
  • the experience of a community of women without rivalry
  • space for emotions that have no room in everyday life
  • energy and support for making changes in your life

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most important questions

How is a women’s circle different from group therapy?

The circle is a space for growth and community: we work in a workshop format on themes that matter to women, but we do not run a treatment process for specific disorders. If it turns out along the way that a topic needs deeper work, the facilitator will help you find the right form of support – with us or elsewhere.

I don’t know anyone and I’m afraid I won’t fit in. What is the first meeting like?

Almost every participant comes alone and with a similar worry. The first meeting is for getting to know each other, agreeing the ground rules (confidentiality, no judgement, sharing only if you want to) and gently easing into the circle format. The sense of “fitting in” builds surprisingly quickly here – precisely because nobody has to pretend.

Is a women’s circle something esoteric?

Ours is not. We use the circle format (equality, community, a regular rhythm of meetings), but the facilitation is psychological and based on personal growth workshop methods, with no esoteric or spiritual elements. It is simply a wise, old form of gathering in a modern, professional version.
