What is interpersonal training?
Interpersonal training is a classic, intensive form of group work in which the learning material is whatever happens between the participants “here and now”. No role-plays or simulations – the group becomes a miniature of your world of relationships: the way you make contact, react to conflict, seek attention or withdraw emerges naturally and can, for the first time, be truly seen.
The strength of the training lies in feedback: kind, honest and immediate. Participants learn things nobody tells them in everyday life – how they come across, what in their way of being draws people in and what pushes them away, which of their behaviours are habits they cannot see. It is knowledge that changes relationships at work, with a partner and in friendships.
The training is led by an experienced group trainer who looks after the safety of the process. It is an intensive format – intended for people in a stable mental state who want to grow. The initial conversation helps assess whether this is the right moment.
