Why work with us while living in Warsaw

In Warsaw, the biggest cost of a therapist's work is not tax but the time and money spent simply getting access to an office: hourly rent in the city centre, travelling between two locations on the same day, gaps in the day that cannot be filled with anything. Remote work removes that whole layer. One session ends, the next begins, and your rate is not reduced by rent.

Zero office and travel costs - you keep the whole rate

A schedule without gaps - the system matches patients to your slots

Full administrative support - booking, reminders and billing on our side

Online group supervision and peer supervision (intervision), as part of the cooperation

Frequently asked questions - Warsaw

Is this a salaried job?

No. We work on a B2B or civil-law contract basis, paid per session delivered. The minimum is two days a week with available slots.

How many patients will I realistically get at the start?

It depends on your modality, specialisation and the hours you make available. Afternoons and weekends fill up fastest. We do not promise a specific number before the interview - we prefer to show you the real caseloads of similar profiles.

Will the patients be from Warsaw?

It varies. We work with patients from all over Poland and with Poles living abroad. If you would like to work with a particular group, tell us at the interview.
