Why work with us while living in Katowice

Katowice is the seat of the voivodeship authorities and of the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis, which brings together 41 cities and municipalities. Psychology is studied here at the University of Silesia and SWPS University, among others. If you book patients yourself, calls and messages about appointments fall to you in the evening too, between sessions. With us, the booking team handles bookings, at weekends as well. A patient looking for an appointment in the evening gets booked in, and you do not have to answer the phone in the meantime.

Frequently asked questions - Katowice

Until what time does the booking desk book patients?

Until 22:00 on weekdays and until 21:00 at weekends, and it opens at 8:00 during the week and at 9:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. This means a patient can book an evening appointment even while you are in a session.

The booking desk is open until 22:00. Does that mean I have to see patients until then?

No. Those are booking hours, while your session hours are set by the slots you make available. We need evenings most, but you decide how late your slots run.

Do I have to be available by phone at weekends if I do not see patients then?

No. On Saturdays and Sundays the booking team takes care of scheduling, and patients are booked only into the slots you make available. You will see new appointments in your calendar.
