We are looking for psychologists, psychotherapists and sexologists from Poznań to work online - including people who have a full-time job during the day and can see patients in the evenings and at weekends. We plan to open an office in Poznań in the future, and until then we work together exclusively online.

Why work with us while living in Poznań

Together with Poznań County and 21 municipalities, including Swarzędz, Luboń, Suchy Las and Kórnik, Poznań forms the Poznań Metropolis Association. After a day at your job, an evening in a rented office means another trip across the metropolitan area. Online, you run sessions from home, so that trip disappears. We have no non-compete clause and no exclusivity requirement, and the minimum is two days a week with available slots.

Frequently asked questions - Poznań

I have a full-time job. Is it enough if I see patients in the evenings?

Yes. Evening and weekend hours are the most valuable to us, and afternoons fill up fastest. Two days a week with available slots are enough.

Will the cooperation conflict with the contract I have with my employer?

There are no obstacles on our side - we do not require exclusivity and we do not use non-compete clauses. Check your employment contract for any restrictions on additional work.

What kind of contract can I work on if I already have a full-time job?

You choose between a civil-law contract and B2B. You do not need your own business. We pay for each session delivered, and we agree the rate at the interview, depending on your experience and certification.
