About the position

We run ongoing recruitment for psychotherapists of all modalities. If your modality has its own listing with us (CBT, psychodynamic, systemic, Gestalt, DBT, SFBT and others), check that one for details. This listing is for people who work integratively, are in the process of certification, or would simply like to talk about working with us without being pigeonholed.

Responsibilities

  • Running individual psychotherapy processes for adults or adolescents
  • Initial consultations and assessing patients' suitability for therapy
  • Case conceptualisation and process planning
  • Keeping records in line with the centre's standards
  • Taking part in the team's supervision and peer consultation

Requirements

  • Completed or advanced training at an accredited school of psychotherapy
  • A university degree (psychology, medicine or a related field, as required by your training school)
  • Regular supervision of your own work
  • Willingness to work in person, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully online

Nice to have

  • A psychotherapist certificate (PTP, PTTPB, PTPPd or equivalent)
  • Experience working with personality disorders or trauma
  • Experience running therapy groups
  • Knowledge of English or Ukrainian

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept people who are still in training?

Yes, from the second year of training at an accredited school, alongside parallel supervision. We issue certificates for your hours of clinical practice.

Does your modality matter?

No, we are not limited to a single modality. Our team includes CBT, psychodynamic, systemic, humanistic and integrative therapists. We match patients to your specialisation.

Can I work entirely online?

Yes. Part of the team works entirely remotely, including from outside the Tricity. We also run remote recruitment in Kraków, Warsaw, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Rzeszów and Łódź, among other cities.
