Dietary consultation

Test results from the last year, if you have them (full blood count, lipid profile, glucose, TSH), a list of the medicines and supplements you take and - if you have time - a record of what you ate over three days. We will see you without them too.

The consultation ends with individual nutritional recommendations based on the interview. A detailed meal plan is a separate service that you can ask the dietitian for after the first meeting.

A dietary consultation focuses on what you eat and on your health parameters. A psychodietetic consultation works on why you eat the way you do - on the emotional basis of your habits. With overeating or restriction, it is usually better to start with psychodietetics.

220 PLN for 50 minutes. It is a meeting with a clinical dietitian, private, with no referral needed.
