Żukowo is one of the fastest-growing municipalities on the outskirts of the Tricity. New estates spring up here year after year, attracting mainly young families looking for a place of their own with a garden within reasonable reach of Gdańsk. Daily life is filled with commuting through Kiełpino, school runs and juggling responsibilities that can easily become overwhelming. If you are losing yourself in all this, flaring up more and more often or feeling a growing unease, it is worth taking it seriously before it turns into something bigger.
Parenthood, work and building a house or paying off a mortgage can turn life into a never-ending race. In our sessions we help you regain your balance: we work on stress, burnout, conflicts in your relationship and emotions that are hard to carry alone. We start with a free initial conversation, where we get to know your situation and decide together on the next steps. We do not judge or moralise; we look for what will genuinely help you.
The Bergiela office is at Bergiela 4/10 in Gdańsk, in the Ujeścisko-Łostowice district. You can also choose the office at Piekarnicza 5, Gdańsk. Check the route and travel time on the map using your own starting point. When the day is too hectic to go anywhere, choose an online consultation and talk to your therapist after putting the children to bed. It is a fully fledged form of therapy, suited to the rhythm of a growing family, with no need to give up your household duties.
