We are looking for a family / systemic therapist to work with families in crisis.

About the position

We are looking for a family psychotherapist (systemic approach) to provide family therapy. The work involves resolving family conflicts, improving communication, rebuilding bonds and supporting families through difficult life situations.

Salary

from 100 PLN per session

Schedule

Flexible – afternoons + weekends

Location

Gdańsk (Piekarnicza, Wajdeloty, Bergiela) / Gdynia (10 Lutego)

Responsibilities

  • Providing family therapy using a systemic approach
  • Assessing family dynamics and planning interventions
  • Working with intergenerational conflicts
  • Supporting families in crisis (illness, divorce, the death of a loved one)
  • Parenting guidance sessions with parents
  • Working with child psychologists and psychiatrists

Requirements

  • Completed or advanced training in systemic family psychotherapy
  • Experience providing family therapy (at least 2 years)
  • The ability to work with the whole family system at once
  • Empathy, patience and neutrality towards family members
  • Regular supervision

Nice to have

  • Systemic psychotherapist certification
  • Experience in therapy with families of a child with ADHD/ASD
  • Training in family mediation
  • Experience working with foster or adoptive families
  • Knowledge of English
