Internship – psychotherapist in training
A clinical internship for people in psychotherapy training – running therapy processes under regular supervision, with a real flow of patients.
About the position
Sztuka Harmonii offers a clinical internship for psychotherapists in training (any modality) who need the hours of their own clinical practice required by their psychotherapy school. We provide a steady flow of patients, an office, booking support and regular group supervision – you focus on running therapy processes and developing your skills. It is the shortest route from training to independent practice.

Responsibilities
- Running your own therapy processes under regular supervision
- Psychological consultations and initial appointments
- Keeping clinical records in line with the centre's standards
- Taking part in group supervision and team peer supervision (intervision)
- The chance to co-lead therapy groups and workshops
Requirements
- At least the 1st year of an accredited psychotherapy school completed (any modality)
- A master's degree (psychology or a field accepted by your school)
- Your own training therapy (if your modality requires it)
- Readiness for regular supervision and to work at least 1-2 days a week
Nice to have
- Clinical experience (a placement at an outpatient clinic, a hospital or a helpline)
- An interest in a specific group (adolescents, couples, ADHD, adult children of alcoholics)
- Knowledge of English or Ukrainian
- Readiness to run sessions online

Frequently asked questions
Will the internship meet my psychotherapy school's requirements?
In most cases, yes – we issue certificates of the practice and supervision hours you have completed. Schools' requirements differ, so in your application tell us which school and which modality you are training in, and exactly what your school requires (number of hours, type of supervision), and we will check this before we start working together.
In which year of training can I start the internship?
Usually once you have completed the 1st-2nd year of training, when your school allows you to work with your own patients under supervision. We decide individually after an interview – your previous clinical experience and your own therapy also matter.
How is the internship different from regular cooperation at Sztuka Harmonii?
In the rate and the level of support: an intern starts at a lower rate but gets group supervision as part of the cooperation, a gentler start (less demanding cases at first) and professional support from the team. After certification, you move on naturally to full cooperation terms.
