About the position

We are looking for a systemic psychotherapist to run family, couples and individual therapy from a systemic perspective. It is the leading modality in Poland for work with families and couples – a key specialisation at our centre.

Salary

from 130 PLN per session

Schedule

Flexible – min. 2 days a week

Location

Gdańsk (Piekarnicza, Wajdeloty, Bergiela) / Gdynia (10 Lutego)

Responsibilities

  • Running systemic therapy for families and couples
  • Analysing family system dynamics and communication patterns
  • Working with family conflicts, adolescent crises and divorce
  • Individual therapy from a systemic perspective
  • Working with child psychologists and psychiatrists
  • Keeping clinical records

Requirements

  • Completed or advanced training in systemic therapy
  • Experience in family and/or couples therapy (min. 2 years)
  • Ability to work with the whole family system
  • Regular supervision

Nice to have

  • Experience with adolescent therapy in a family context
  • Training in family mediation
  • Experience with families going through divorce/separation
  • Knowledge of English
