We are looking for a psychodynamic psychotherapist for long-term work with personality and relationship disorders.

About the position

We are looking for a psychodynamic psychotherapist to run long-term therapeutic processes. The psychodynamic modality is the second most popular in Poland, offering deep work with unconscious conflicts and relational patterns.

from 100 PLN per session

Schedule

Flexible – min. 2 days a week

Location

Gdańsk (Piekarnicza, Wajdeloty, Bergiela) / Gdynia (10 Lutego)

Responsibilities

  • Running long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy
  • Working with transference and countertransference
  • Analysing unconscious conflicts and relational patterns
  • Working with personality disorders, chronic depression and relationship difficulties
  • Keeping clinical records
  • Taking part in supervision

Requirements

  • Completed or advanced psychodynamic training
  • Experience running psychodynamic therapy (min. 2 years)
  • Your own personal therapy (required by most training programmes)
  • Regular psychodynamic supervision

Nice to have

  • Experience with personality disorders (borderline, narcissistic)
  • Training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy
  • Experience running couples therapy
  • Knowledge of English
