About the position

We are looking for an integrative psychotherapist who combines approaches from different schools (CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic, systemic) and adapts methods to the individual needs of the patient. Over 50% of Polish psychotherapists work integratively.

from 100 PLN per session

Flexible – min. 2 days a week

Gdańsk (Piekarnicza, Wajdeloty, Bergiela) / Gdynia (10 Lutego)

Responsibilities

  • Providing individual psychotherapy using an integrative approach
  • Flexibly selecting techniques and methods to suit the patient's needs
  • Working with a wide range of disorders and difficulties
  • Diagnosis and multi-model case conceptualisation
  • Keeping clinical records
  • Taking part in supervision

Requirements

  • Completed psychotherapy training (integrative modality or two or more modalities)
  • Experience running therapeutic processes (min. 2 years)
  • Knowledge of at least two therapeutic modalities
  • Regular supervision

Nice to have

  • Training in multiple modalities (CBT + psychodynamic, systemic + humanistic)
  • Experience with personality disorders
  • Experience with couples or group therapy
  • Knowledge of English
