About the position

We are looking for a psychotherapist working in the humanistic-existential modality, in the spirit of the person-centred approach (Rogers). We offer patients a safe space to work on self-acceptance, personal growth and building authentic relationships.

from 100 PLN per session

Schedule

Flexible – min. 2 days a week

Location

Gdańsk (Piekarnicza, Wajdeloty, Bergiela) / Gdynia (10 Lutego)

Responsibilities

  • Running humanistic psychotherapy (individual and group)
  • Creating a safe, empathetic therapeutic space
  • Working with low self-esteem and relationship difficulties
  • Supporting patients through existential crises and the process of self-actualisation
  • Keeping clinical records
  • Taking part in supervision

Requirements

  • Completed or advanced training in humanistic therapy
  • Experience running humanistic therapy (min. 2 years)
  • Deep empathy and authenticity in the relationship with the patient
  • Regular supervision

Nice to have

  • Training in Focusing (Gendlin's method)
  • Experience with group therapy
  • Training in experiential psychotherapy
  • Knowledge of English
