About the position

We are looking for a coach (a coaching psychologist) to run coaching sessions on personal and professional development, leadership and burnout. We offer cooperation within the centre with full administrative support.

Salary

from 100 PLN per session

Gdańsk (Piekarnicza, Wajdeloty, Bergiela) / Gdynia (10 Lutego)

Responsibilities

  • Running individual and group coaching sessions
  • Career coaching – career change, development, promotion
  • Life coaching – personal goals, relationships, work-life balance
  • Working with burnout and stress
  • Coaching for leaders and managers
  • Running personal development workshops

Requirements

  • A university degree (psychology preferred)
  • A coaching certificate (ICF, EMCC or equivalent)
  • Experience running coaching sessions (at least 100 hours)
  • Active listening and questioning skills
  • Professionalism and professional ethics

Nice to have

  • A psychology degree + coaching training
  • ICF ACC/PCC credential
  • Corporate experience (HR, management)
  • Training in team coaching
  • Knowledge of English
