Psychological Centre Sztuka Harmonii
Sztuka Harmonii is a place where we combine professional psychological help with an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance. We support people in crisis, couples seeking understanding, people with ADHD, those struggling with depression, anxiety, stress and relationship difficulties.
Who we are
The Psychological Centre Sztuka Harmonii in Gdańsk and Gdynia is a team of specialists who look at a person holistically – taking into account not only their emotions and thoughts, but also their body, relationships, lifestyle and individual history. We support you in regaining balance by combining work on emotional awareness, reducing tension in the body, strengthening psychological resilience and rebuilding a sense of agency. Whether you are struggling with everyday stress or with experiences from a difficult past – we help you find the path to inner harmony at a pace that is safe and comfortable for you. We believe that every person has the resources within them to cope with difficulties. Our task is to help you find and strengthen them.
Our team is made up of 21 qualified specialists – psychologists, psychotherapists, a sexologist, a psychotraumatologist, a psycho-oncologist and a clinical dietitian. Each of them brings unique skills and experience, which allows us to offer comprehensive help tailored to the individual needs of every client.
